Please use this form to request official transcripts. Transcripts are only considered official if they are received in an unopened envelope and the document contains a raised embossed seal and signature from a school official.
Current year students can request transcripts free of charge.
Note: If you did NOT graduate from Florida Prep (or Florida Air Academy/FAA), we do not have your complete records.
