Purchasing Your Uniform
All Florida Prep students are required to wear the official school uniform during the academic day. To support a smooth start to the year, each student must have the following minimum uniform kit:
Minimum Required Kit:
- 2 Florida Prep Polo (Color available: Sky Blue, Gray, Navy)
- 1 Pair of Uniform Bottoms (pants, shorts, or a skort)
- 1 Florida Prep PE Shirt
- 1 Pair of Florida Prep PE Shorts
You may order uniform items individually or choose from one of our bundle options (Essentials, Deluxe, Premium, The Works, or Boarders Bundle) for convenience and added value.
Please Note: Preordering is required to ensure you receive the correct sizes and all necessary items before Registration Day.

Uniform Ordering Instructions
Please download and print the Uniform Order Form below. The form may be completed digitally or by hand.
Once completed, please submit the form to uniforms@flprep.com as either:
- The completed file, or
- Clear images/photos of the completed form
Please use the student's full name as the subject line of the email.
All uniform orders must be submitted to uniforms@flprep.com. Orders sent to any other email address may not be received and cannot be processed.
Please note that uniform orders will not be processed until payment has been received. Submitting an order form does not reserve inventory or initiate processing. Both the completed order form and payment must be received before your order can be fulfilled.
Before completing your order, please refer to the Uniform Sizing Guide available on this page. If your student falls between sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size for comfort and room for growth.

Uniform Order Form:
Use the Uniform Order Form to select your bundle or à la carte items, indicate sizing, and provide any color or style preferences. Please refer to the ordering instructions on this page for complete submission and payment information.
Uniform Sizing Guide:
Please refer to the sizing charts in the Uniform Sizing Guide for accurate measurements. If your student falls between sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size to ensure a comfortable fit and allow room for growth.
Payment Information
Once you have completed and submitted your Uniform Order Form, payment must be received before your order can be processed. Please include the student's name with all payments whenever possible to help us accurately match payments to orders.

Important Payment Notice
Uniform orders will not be processed until both the completed Uniform Order Form and payment have been received. Submitting an order form does not reserve inventory or initiate processing. Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received and paid.
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for order processing after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during peak enrollment and back-to-school periods.
