Florida Boarding Students Shuttles
Florida boarding student weekend shuttle transportation is available. We transport as far south as Hollywood, FL and as far north as Jacksonville, FL. We also cover Orlando, Tampa and Sarasota areas. Please be aware that seats are limited; therefore reservations and payment must be completed in advance. Florida Day Students Shuttles
Florida day student shuttle transportation is available Monday - Friday during regular scheduled school days. Our vans will collect students from a number of points along I-95 and A1A corridors each morning and drop them off in the afternoon. Air Transportation Information
For a fee, Academy transportation is available to students arriving at, or leaving from, the Orlando International (MCO - $100 each pickup or dropoff) and the Melbourne Internationals (MLB - $25 each pickup or dropoff) Airports, providing the flights are scheduled in accordance with our posted check-in and check-out times. Early departures or late returns are “strongly discouraged”., Academy transportation for students outside published travel times must be requested and approved by Dean of Students and the Principal ahead of scheduling flights.
Students holding any passport or immigration papers (I-20, I-94) are required to submit these items to the Travel Coordinator in the main office for safe-keeping. When they are required for travel, students will be receiving this paperwork as they are departing the school. Please note: Students/Families are responsible in making sure this paperwork is properly signed, dated and not expired.
If flying to the Academy, please provide a copy of your child's ticket or itinerary to our Travel Coordinator at email@example.com or fax 321-728-7233 at least 10 days in advance. Students who are NOT unaccompanied minors will be met by a driver at the baggage carousel. The driver will have a card with the student's name on it. Students should not leave the baggage claim area for any purpose as the driver will be expecting to find them there.
We deliver students to the airport a minimum of two hours prior to departure time for flights booked according to our published travel times. Allow four hours between school dismissal and the departure time of your flight to allow for travel to Orlando International Airport (MCO). Allow two hours between school dismissal and departure time for flights departing Melbourne International Airport (MLB).
Some airlines consider those under age 15 traveling alone "unaccompanied minors", and will require additional paperwork and fees to coordinate this service. As a result, there will be an additional fee charged to have an FPA staff member or driver escort your child. If you require this service for your child, you must arrange it with the Travel Coordinator no later than 14 days prior to travel.
