Return To The Classroom 2021
Is your child struggling to fit back in at school? Are you displeased with the grades they received during lock-down? Would a do-over, or catch up improve their chances of entering a college of choice? Are you exhausted from months in the role as a teaching-parent?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, consider enrolling your child in the Florida Prep Return to the Classroom Summer Program from July 12 – August 6.
Families from across the globe are reported students unable to attend school in person are experiencing feelings of social isolation and depression. Disruption in testing and assessments has led to increased stress as college choices loom. Family strife has increased as parents navigate the unchartered waters of distance and home schooling while often trying to hold down a full-time job.
The four week Return to the Classroom program, from July 12 – August 6, 2021 offers students in grades 5 – 12 the opportunity to retake a class they may have failed, advance to a new level, or simply to return to a classroom environment.
Our programs are designed as both work and play; each week includes a field trip connected to an area of study, and upon completion High School students may earn a full or partial academic credit.
Middle School students will review the ‘academic wheel’, participate in field trips and academic activities, reignite their love of learning and work on social and organizational skills in preparation for the fall semester.
The program is also available with a boarding option, affording parents the opportunity to be ‘hands-off’ for 4 weeks; to take a rest from the rigors, and often conflicts, identified with online-learning during the lock-down period. Students will also love the new environment and the prospect of reconnect with their peers and making new friends.
Every month counts! If your child is still looking to fulfill their potential sign up for this one month program --- it will be the most important month of your child’s year.
