Florida Prep Academy offers a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) plan and a Point of Service (POS) plan through Health First Health Plans. Both plans feature comprehensive coverage for a wide range of preventive and medical services, including routine office visits, well-baby care, immunizations, hospitalization and emergency care, and prescription drug coverage.
Florida Prep Academy offers a defined contribution plan and a tax deferred annuity plan through TransAmerica. Through the defined contribution plan, eligible employees contribute one to fifteen percent of their salary. The tax deferred annuity is a supplemental plan through which all employees can make pre-tax salary deferrals for extra retirement savings.
