Metz Culinary Management does a fantastic job feeding all of our students and staff in a healthy and delicious way. Freshness is their motto, and they use no processed foods! Fruits and vegetables are always fresh and in abundance at every meal. Our Executive Chef Eric Schappert was trained at the Culinary Institute of America and it shows in his meals….this is not typical school cafeteria cuisine!
We also offer a well-stocked snack bar, called the “Canteen,” which is air-conditioned and offers students hot sandwiches, pizza, drinks, fruit smoothies, ice cream, granola bars, nuts, hummus, sweets and other snack food. As you can imagine, it’s a popular spot on campus!
